Jennifer West is a proud Mississippian, daughter, caregiver, and community advocate who believes in the power of people to create lasting change. As the founder of N2C Consulting LLC, Jennifer helps communities organize, engage, and advocate for themselves—especially those who have been historically overlooked or underserved.
Her work is rooted in real-life experiences: navigating government systems, standing in the gap for her family, and showing up daily for her city. Jennifer is passionate about economic justice, neighborhood revitalization, and making sure that everyday people—especially women and Black residents—have a seat at the table and the tools to lead.
Through the Mississippi Women in the Lead Public Leadership Program, Jennifer is committed to growing in her leadership, deepening her policy knowledge, and preparing to serve her community in a more public way. She believes this program will help her continue to turn lived experience into leadership—and inspire others to do the same.
