Andrea Toney is a U.S. Army combat veteran, mother, and community force dedicated to service, storytelling, and social change. As Ms. Black North Mississippi 2025, she amplifies the voices of women veterans through her platform, Honor Her Courage, while showing up with authenticity, compassion, and power in every room she enters. A proud Hernando resident with 25+ years of global volunteer work, Andrea is known for leading with purpose, mentoring the next generation, and inspiring others to live boldly—without limits.
